Dwayne has been the lead pastor at Wellspring Church since 2007. He started the church in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is also a member of the board for the Acts 29 Network and he acts as the director of Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne also has a heart to train the next generation of biblical counselors.
